• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
• Develops and maintains relationships with top customers
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution
• Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices
• Ensures the customer wish list is current and customers are notified when product arrives.
• Assists with training new associates
• Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew
• Helps in recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams
• Maintains efficient merchandise controls
• Maintains loss prevention awareness
• Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Maintains merchandising per company standards and brand initiatives
