Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking team members to support the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

You will maintain guest services to company standards, drive sales through sign waving, merchandising, pricing and POS operations, and support loss prevention in a fast-paced Halloween environment.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old; physical duties include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
