Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. You will help maintain Guest Services according to company standards and assist in driving sales through sign waving, merchandising, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The role requires a minimum age of 16, and physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours.
