Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in prepping a seasonal store, merchandising, pack-up and teardown. You will help maintain Guest Services and drive sales through sign waving, signage, and merchandising.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand for long periods, and work at least 16 years old. Training is provided; 8-hour shifts may apply in a fast-paced Halloween environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal Spirit store.
• Support store management and maintain guest services per company standards.
• Handle signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention responsibilities.
