Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking team members to support the setup, merchandising, pack-up and tear-down of a seasonal store. You will work with the store management team to ensure an attractive guest experience and smooth operations.

The role includes maintaining Guest Services per company standards, generating sales, handling signage, pricing and POS tasks, and contributing to loss prevention. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods; age 16+ required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
