Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division in Kentucky is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver personalized shopping experiences and drive brand loyalty. You will listen to customers, share product knowledge, handle transactions, and promote our sustainability initiatives and store policies.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll greet customers promptly, maintain visual merchandising standards, check inventory, and support store goals with reliability and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Address customer questions and respond before they leave, including return policy details.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise product according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock and break area; report to work on time.
