You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and uphold our return policy while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

You will handle transactions, stock checks, and visual merchandising, ensuring a clean, organized store and a positive customer journey from entry to exit.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions with product knowledge.
• Communicate our brand’s sustainability initiatives and commitments to customers.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Keep the back stock area clean and organized and support safety policies.
