Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in-store and online per Kirkland’s Home model.
• Engages customers, demonstrates selling behaviors and builds baskets.
• Greets customers with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Supports merchandising, pricing accuracy and inventory control.
• Maintains organized sales floor and stockroom, ensuring safety.
• Operates POS system and handles transactions accurately.
