Kirkland's Home is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience by delivering outstanding customer service and selling across multiple store functions. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and participate in loyalty programs and promotions to boost basket size.

Responsibilities include maintaining the salesfloor, assisting with replenishment, operating the POS system, and supporting store branding while collaborating with the management team.
