MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, keep the store looking great, and support daily sales during peak seasons. This role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions at the POS, promote the MINISO Membership, and help maintain visual merchandising and policy adherence.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
