Job summary

MINISO USA seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a visually appealing store, and support daily operations during peak seasons. You will greet customers, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise.

You will handle POS transactions, participate in merchandising tasks, enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program, and support the team while following store policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately at POS.
• Support team with additional store tasks and merchandising guidelines.
