Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division is seeking a Sales Associate in Chicago to deliver personalized shopping experiences and share our product and sustainability stories. You’ll greet customers, offer informed recommendations, and guide them through the purchase with friendly, knowledgable service.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, operate the cash register, manage stock and merchandising, and help uphold the brand’s store standards and checkout experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers and drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously and respond to questions with accurate product knowledge.
• Communicate our return policy and promote the store and brand image in all interactions.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, back-stock area and a tidy break area; report theft per policy.
• Be a reliable team member and notify your Store Manager if you will be late or absent.
