Under Armour seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized. You will support daily operations, contribute to sales goals, and assist with stock duties when needed. Perfect for earning extra income during summer or holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Comfortable with technology such as computers and handheld/mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including point of sale and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate collaboration and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about Rewards.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process and policy.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per attendance policy.
