Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and respond to questions before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating return policy.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; check inventory daily.
• Ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; report to Store Manager as needed.
