Qualifications

• Minimum age: 16 (18 in California)
• Able to maneuver sales floor, stockroom, and office
• Basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions and physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to best fit the customer
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Deliver omni-channel requests through the digital experience and collaborate with team
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about rewards
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Fulfill scheduled hours per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
