Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations. You will help maintain a clean, organized environment and assist with stock duties as needed, contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs/12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and efficient checkout.
• Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payment processing.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and collaborate with teammates.
