Job summary

Under Armour in the United States is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized. You will support daily operations and step into stock duties when needed, making a big impact during the busiest seasons.

You’ll be energetic, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to earn extra income during summer or holiday breaks and the chance to advance to more regular roles as openings

Qualifications

• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and collaborate with the team
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled to Under Armour's attendance policy
