Under Armour, Inc. is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store organized. You will support daily operations, participate in stock duties when needed, and adapt to a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.

This part-time seasonal role offers opportunities to transition to regular roles, with a $15.00–$16.90 USD hourly rate and a dynamic team culture that values teamwork and customer focus.

Qualificações

• Age 16+ (18+ in CA)
• Lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) on the sales floor
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions; bend/squat/reach/climb
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (PCs, handhelds, mobile)

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match customer needs
• Stock, straighten and clean the store as needed
• Handle front and back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests per UA process and policy via digital tools
• Collaborate effectively with team in a fast-paced environment
• Encourage loyalty by explaining the Rewards program
• Be proactive about self-development and growth opportunities
• Attend to scheduled hours per Under Armour attendance policy
• Perform other store duties as assigned by management
