Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and keep the store organized. You will support daily operations, assist with stock duties and contribute to achieving store goals in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated and comfortable with technology. This role offers a summer/holiday income boost and potential for future part-time or full-time opportunities, with a pay range of $15.75–$17.73 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions and to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store and work front and back of store as needed
• Handle point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver omni-channel requests and work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Promote customer loyalty through the Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Follow Under Armour processes and policies via digital channels
• Meet scheduled hours per attendance policy and perform other tasks as assigned by management
