Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized. You’ll support daily operations and step into stock duties when needed, making a tangible impact during peak seasons.

Ideal candidates are energetic and motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and flexible to cover holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom and office, and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Capable of essential functions and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Operate front and back of store including POS and payment processes.
• Process omni-channel requests and collaborate with team.
• Promote the Rewards program and drive loyalty.
• Adhere to attendance policy and perform tasks as assigned.
