Kirkland's Home in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience by applying our customer service model, assisting with operations and merchandising under the guidance of the management team.

You will engage customers, greet them enthusiastically, promote loyalty programs and promotions, and help maintain floorsets, stock, pricing accuracy and POS operation.

Qualifications

• Able to ascend/descend a ladder and stock products.

• Move merchandise up to 50 pounds as needed.
