Qualifications

• Customer service focused role requiring upbeat interaction with shoppers and colleagues.
• Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret store directives and manuals to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and loyalty.
• Engage with customers, greet with enthusiasm, and demonstrate selling behaviors.
• Assist in merchandising, cashiering, and floor replenishment as needed.
• Educate customers on promotions, loyalty programs, and merchandise range.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom, including pricing accuracy.
