Kirkland’s Home in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while assisting with operations and merchandising under management direction.

You will drive sales by performing selling, cashiering, replenishing, and floorset tasks, while providing top-tier customer service and maintaining store presentation. Weekend/evening availability and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a retail setting.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

• Provide exceptional in-store and online customer assistance.
