Job summary

Collars & Co. is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique during the peak selling season. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help deliver exceptional service.

This role supports store operations, replenishment, inventory, and opening/closing tasks. You’ll work with a team to hit daily goals and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences by engaging customers, listening, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Support Sales & Store Goals by proactively engaging customers and contributing to daily targets.
• Support Store Operations by keeping the store clean, organized, and inventory-ready; assist with replenishment and shipments.
• Be a Reliable Team Member through collaboration, dependable attendance, and flexibility to changing store needs.
