You will deliver authentic engagement, product knowledge, and a thoughtful customer journey from first contact to checkout, while supporting store operations and team efforts. This role emphasizes building genuine customer connections, reliability, and flexibility to cover weekends, events, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support an exceptional guest experience.
