Job summary

Kirkland’s Home is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience, assist with operations, and help Merchandising through floor sets and stocking. You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and support the store team with a positive, customer-first approach.

The role requires strong communication, weekend/evening availability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports and delivers excellent in-store and online customer service
• Engages with customers to drive sales and promote loyalty programs
• Greets customers enthusiastically while maintaining a positive attitude
• Educates customers on promotions and merchandise to build baskets
• Maintains orderly sales floor and stockroom; supports pricing and inventory accuracy
• Assists with freight, stocking, floor sets and merchandising as directed
• Adheres to brand standards and policies; participates in ongoing training
• Operates Point of Sale systems and handheld devices efficiently
• Maintains safety standards during stocking and customer interactions
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
