Kirkland’s Home in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations. You will engage customers, assist with merchandising, and help maintain floorsets and stockroom while upholding brand values.

The role emphasizes selling, cashiering, replenishment, and teamwork, with weekend/evening availability. No prior experience is required, training provided, and you’ll contribute to achieving store goals and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to climb ladders and stock high shelves.
• Comfortable standing and moving for long periods.

• Able to move merchandise around the store (up to 50 lbs).
• Experience using a Point of Sale system.
