Leap powers insight-driven retail stores for modern brands and supports SET. Leap seeks enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique during the peak season, delivering personalized service and helping drive store goals.

You will engage customers with authentic conversations, share product knowledge, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility for weekends and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic customer connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support evolving store priorities and seasonal needs.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor to support an exceptional guest experience.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to actively work on the sales floor, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage customers with authentic conversation, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
• Support Sales & Store Goals: Proactively engage customers and contribute to daily sales goals.
• Support Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store; assist with replenishment and inventory tasks.
• Be a Reliable Team Member: Collaborate with teammates and maintain dependable attendance and flexibility.
