Job Highlights

$15.00 - $16.90 per hour

This seasonal part-time role has a significant impact! Our Seasonal Sales Teammates are key during our busiest seasons, responsible for generating sales through exceptional customer experiences. They maximize sales with friendly, knowledgeable service and ensure the store remains neat and well-presented. We seek passionate individuals who love challenges and making things happen. We Count On Our Teammates To

• Offer excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer

Minimum Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)

Purpose of Role

The Sales Associate helps meet store sales and KPI targets by embodying brand values and providing a unique Athletes experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, they execute routine duties and may assume Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.
