Job Highlights

$15.00 - $16.90 per hour!

This seasonal part-time role has a significant impact! Our Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammates are key players during our busiest seasons. This role involves generating sales by providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Teammate maximizes sales through efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service, and ensures the store remains neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. We seek individuals who love challenges, make things happen, and are passionate about their work. Our Teammates are expected to:

• Offer excellent customer service, from greeting to checkout
• Assist customers in selecting the right apparel and footwear
• Share their knowledge and enthusiasm about our products
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed

Minimum requirements for consideration:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Flexible availability
• Willing to learn and use technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Ability to perform essential job functions

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous customer-facing work experience (not required but preferred)

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in achieving store sales and KPI targets by embodying brand values and delivering a unique customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations, including assuming Stock Specialist duties when needed.

Your Impact

• Assist customers to meet sales targets
• Handle omni-channel requests per UA policies

Retail Operations

• Maintain merchandise and floor standards
• Follow UA policies and procedures

Qualifications

Requirements

• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Lift or move products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about the store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
