Job Highlights

This seasonal part-time role has big-time impact! Our Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammates are major players for our brand during our busiest seasons. This role is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Teammate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. Minimum Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Available to work a flexible schedule

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by modeling brand values and providing a unique experience for Athletes visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations, including taking on Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Omni Channel

• Assist customers to meet sales targets
• Handle omni-channel requests in line with UA policies
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations
• Convey brand messages according to UA Service Model
• Participate in product knowledge training

Retail Operations

• Maintain merchandise standards
• Follow UA policies and procedures
• Complete operational and cash processes
• Adhere to dress code and attendance policies
• Work scheduled hours

Team & Self Development

• Collaborate to achieve store goals
• Focus on personal growth and performance

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy, literacy, communication skills
• Fluency in local language
• Proficient with technology
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 0-3 months experience in sports/apparel retail
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
