Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a retail cashier in Fredericksburg, VA, to deliver friendly service at the point of sale and build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact. You will assist with merchandising and store projects, including stock counts, and operate the cash register at checkout.

The role requires standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and the flexibility to work across multiple store locations and brands. Tailored Brands, Inc.

• Experience in retail or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb a ladder as needed.

Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
