Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a retail associate in Dubuque to greet customers and build relationships through post-sale contact, ensuring a friendly, helpful shopping experience.

The role includes assisting with visual merchandising, stock counts, and store projects; cash handling at the register; and possible assignments across multiple store locations or brands.

• Consult with retail sales associates at all levels to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Build a relationship with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
• Handle the cash register, as a cashier, at the point of sale in the store.

Job description

Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
