Job summary

Little Words Project LLC in Boston is seeking cheerful Seasonal Sales Associates to join our holiday team. You’ll greet guests, share our story, and help customers find meaningful bracelets and gifts with personalized recommendations. The role focuses on warm, welcoming service, up-selling, and keeping the store festive.

Responsibilities

• Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts for themselves or someone special.
• Make personalized recommendations, connect with guests, and create a welcoming shopping experience—even when the store is buzzing.
• Deliver a smooth checkout by accurately processing POS transactions and answering guest questions.
• Help the team reach sales goals and KPIs through great service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, with displays that look festive and inviting.
• Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling to keep the store running smoothly.
• Help capture fun, authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
• Team up, stay flexible, and jump in wherever needed during the holiday rush.
• Take on other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
