Job summary

Little Words Project LLC in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to welcome guests, share the brand story, and help customers find meaningful bracelets and gifts this holiday season.

You will deliver friendly service, upsell with product knowledge, handle POS transactions, keep displays festive, and assist with inventory and merchandising to help the team reach holiday sales goals.

You'll help guests find bracelets with a message, discover gifts for people they love, and make every shopping experience warm, personal, and memorable. Bring your holiday spirit—we'll bring the bracelets! What You'll Do

• Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find meaningful bracelets and gifts for themselves or someone special.
• Make personalized recommendations, connect with guests, and create a welcoming shopping experience—even when the store is buzzing.
• Deliver a smooth checkout by accurately processing POS transactions and answering guest questions.
• Help the team reach sales goals and KPIs through great service, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready, with displays that look festive and inviting.
• Assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling to keep the store running smoothly.
• Help capture fun, authentic in-store moments and bring the Little Words Project brand to life.
• Team up, stay flexible, and jump in wherever needed during the holiday rush.
• Take on other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
