The Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience across multiple business channels within a store, including:

• Engaging with customers and building relationships from greeting to post-sale
• Demonstrating effective selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and rentals
• Participating in team selling to meet sales goals
• Assisting with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts
• Handling transactions at the cash register

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders and distinguish fabric patterns and colors
