Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Seasonally available Evening Sales Assistant to support customers in-store. The role requires 20 hours per week with evening shifts and full flexibility across the week to cover store needs.

As part of our store team, you will handle cash and returns at the tills, assist customers on the shop floor, arrange items for delivery via iPad, and contribute to a tidy, well-stocked environment while delivering a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Seasonal contract until 13 February 2027.
• Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Tills - Serving customers with purchases or returns and ensuring items are complete and packed securely.
• Shop floor - Help customers find products and provide memorable service to build loyalty.
• Hosting - Use iPad systems to order products for home delivery and create Made To Measure curtain/blind orders.
• Stock and Delivery - Involves heavy lifting; merchandising, updating prices, and replenishment while assisting customers.
