You will work on tills, assist customers on the shop floor, help with stock, deliveries and curtain order services, and ensure items are presented well so customers leave with exactly what they want.

Responsibilities

• Tills – Serving customers and handling purchases/returns with care to ensure items are complete.
• Shop floor – Help customers find products and provide memorable service.
• Hosting – Use iPad systems to order products and assist with Made To Measure curtain orders.
• Stock and Delivery – Involves lifting; merchandise, price updates, deliveries, and restocking.
