Job summary

Dunelm is seeking an Evening Sales Assistant in the UK for a seasonal role lasting until 13 February 2027. The position involves serving customers, assisting on the shop floor, hosting orders via iPad, and helping with stock and deliveries.

Flexibility is required across the week, with evening shifts. Prior retail experience is appreciated, and you’ll be joining a team focused on delivering memorable customer service and helping customers find exactly what they need.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tills – serve customers, manage purchases/returns, ensure items are complete and securely packed.
• Shop floor – help customers find products and deliver memorable service to build loyalty.
• Hosting – use iPad systems to order products for home delivery; Made To Measure curtain/blind orders.
• Stock and Delivery – physical role with heavy lifting; merchandising, price updates, deliveries, stock checks.
