A hospitality resort is looking for a Room Attendant to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, making beds, and responding to guest inquiries. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms.
• Make beds and change linens.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Respond to guest questions/requests.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and stocking bathrooms with fresh supplies.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary guest room environment.
• Follow cleanliness and quality expectations as given by Supervisor
• Respond to guest questions/requests. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.
• Ensure guest privacy and security
• Report any maintenance issues and lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Supporting the team with additional tasks and duties as assigned
