Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• BSN or AD Nursing from an accredited program.
• Seasonal/Per Diem staffing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using nursing process.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in coordination with the team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Document assessments, plans, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
