Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. This temporary role requires ASN or higher with Florida RN licensure, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP as required by the unit.

You will provide direct patient care across hospital areas, with a focus on patient-family centered care and safe, evidence-based practice. The contract offers 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week terms, with 36 hours per week across three

• Valid Florida RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications as required by unit
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with a patient-family centered approach.
• Demonstrate proficiency in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed and maintain flexibility in assignments.
• Work twelve-hour shifts; schedule may include weekends and holidays.
• Maintain compliance with Baptist Health policies and safety standards
