Lulus.com is seeking a Seasonal Returns Team Member to handle incoming returns at the warehouse, ensuring items are inspected and prepped for resale. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a dynamic warehouse environment.

This seasonal schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with responsibilities spanning opening, folding, replenishment, and clean, accurate counts.

Responsibilities

• Open returns and initiate items in packages.

As a Seasonal Returns Team Member, you will be handling the returns that come into the warehouse. Opening packages or folding clothes as the workflow demands, quality checking the items to ensure the best product goes back out to the customers. Under the advisement of the leadership team, you will make sure the workflow of the day is completed.Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PMWhat You'll DoOpening: Upon opening a return your responsibilities include:Make sure all items in the returned package are being initiated.Quality Check the items returned, making sure damaged items were not sent back by the customer.Read notes left by other departments to know the proper procedure to follow.Folding:Doing a deeper quality check to ensure that damages do not go back out to the floor.Folding items in an orderly fashion to present to the customer.Replenishment:Stacking desks with the products for the openers to open and the folders to fold.Keeping the floor clean, trash emptied when necessary, and tally counts accurate.Additional miscellaneous tasks the leadership team needs to be done to complete the day's work.Additional Primary Responsibilities:Keeping your station clean and orderly.
