Everything Kitchens is seeking a highly organized Seasonal Returns Associate to join our Returns team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will process returns during our peak season, using independent judgment while following established procedures to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate maintains attention to detail, multitasks efficiently, and demonstrates reliability in a high-volume setting.

Everything Kitchens is an online retailer specializing in quality kitchen equipment, cookware, and culinary tools. Our team works together across departments to bring great products and helpful content to home cooks and kitchen enthusiasts across the country.

Everything Kitchens is seeking a highly organized, sharp, and adaptable Seasonal Returns Associate to join our fast-paced Returns team processing returns during our peak busy season. Our team works together to ensure Customer returns are processed quickly, and accurately, to uphold our high standards of Customer Service from initial contact to final resolution.

The ideal candidate is an efficient multitasker who can comfortably maintain a high level of attention to detail. You must be comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment, following precise instructions, while also making confident, independent decisions. In this role, you will quickly learn that customer returns are rarely black and white. Every return is different, requiring you to look at situations from multiple angles rather than taking a one‑size‑fits‑all approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate & Process Returns: Assess returned merchandise
• Independent Decision Making: Use strong judgment to make independent decisions regarding product condition, restocking viability, and customer refunds.
• Follow Instructions & Learn: Carefully follow procedures, keep an organized and neat workspace, and actively ask questions whenever clarity is needed.
• System Navigation: Manage and navigate multiple computer windows. Computer literacy is an absolute MUST (Windows).
• Maintain Pace: Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced seasonal environment to ensure daily targets are met without sacrificing quality or accuracy.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Warehouse Environment: Able to work comfortably in a warehouse setting, remaining on your feet for the duration of your shift.
• Heavy Lifting: Capability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry packages that may involve heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted).

Schedule

• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, including long shifts and overtime.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday in addition to Saturdays if required (40+ hours per week). Position will begin in November, and continue to the end of Peak Returns Season, sometime after the first of the year.
• Flexibility is important!

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset; not afraid to exercise independent judgment, yet equally comfortable seeking guidance when an issue arises.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, returns environment is a plus, but not required.
