Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods.

You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service to help maintain a clean, well-stocked store and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience. This seasonal/temporary position does not guarantee ongoing employment and candidates may apply for regular roles as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Support cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Process freight, stock, and replenish merchandise in designated areas per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe conditions across sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
