Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak season. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers, team members, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service across multiple store areas.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient while delivering a positive shopping experience.
• Processes freight and replenishes merchandise per store guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in assigned areas, including stockroom and sales floor.
• Supports inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
