Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
• Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and ethical behavior.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Works across store areas to maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked environment and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Processes freight; sorts, stocks, and replenishes merchandise according to store guidelines.
• Supports housekeeping, inventory accuracy, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
