Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Natick Mall. You will work with the Local Manager to lead a seasonal team, drive sales and guest experience, and ensure a memorable Santa photo experience from start to finish.

The role involves supporting daily photo operations, hiring, training, and coordinating with store leadership during the busy holiday season. A dynamic, fast-paced environment offers growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies set by management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and other tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
