Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Newgate Mall. You will work with the Local Manager to lead the team responsible for creating magical holiday memories, supporting daily photo operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent guest service for families visiting Santa experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high-quality guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
