Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to assist customers, demonstrate products, and keep the store ready for business. You will learn product knowledge and guide customers through the sales process.

Applicants should be available nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail. Familiarity with musical instruments is a plus; on-site training and schedule flexibility provided.

• Clear, courteous communication with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of products and sales techniques through GC certification

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding and certification
• Ensure store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays
• Build relationships with customers for future service needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned
